At Humble Homes & Outdoors, we strive to make your shopping experience hassle-free, which is why we've enhanced our returns and refunds process.
Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How to Return an Item
To begin the return process, contact us at support@gymprofactory.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If you’re returning an item due to a change of mind, you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost. However, if the item is incorrect or damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the product is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If you are returning the item for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the actual return shipping cost.
How to Return Products
Returns are only accepted via mail.
Return Label
For defective or damaged items, contact us to receive a return label via email. Simply download and print the label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- Reach out to your bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@gymprofactory.com.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
