What to Do If Your Item Arrives Damaged
- Inspect the packaging upon delivery for any visible damage. If you notice any issues, including damage to the box, make a note when signing for the delivery.
- If you are unable to inspect the contents immediately but suspect potential damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.
- If your item is damaged upon arrival, send photos to support@gymprofactory.com. We will process a replacement or refund, usually within one business day.
